The death of someone close to you can leave you numb with shock; but the very act of picking up the phone and talking to us can start ideas flowing, and our advice is completely free. If you are making a general enquiry for a possible event to take place some time in the future, then an email or letter is fine. It may, however, take a few days to reply for the reasons outlined above.

Planning your own funeral using live music:

Many people enjoy the process of planning their last "party". For a flat deposit of £20, we will keep a record of our discussion and your resulting choice of live music on file. On the event of being notified of your death and being given the green light by the executor of your will, we will then put your requests into action. We will also deduct the £20 booking fee from the final invoice - which it may interest you to know, as a funeral expense, is tax-deductible from your estate. In order for No Sad Songs to provide the music at your own funeral, you must either request it in your will, or simply make clear to the person arranging your funeral that this is your wish.
